Ordering is easy! Enter your email and zip code, select how many meals you would like to be delivered each week, then add your meals to your cart.

Remember - Shipping on subscription meal deliveries is always free!

Nutrition for Longevity™ was founded on the passionate belief that a long, healthy life begins with what’s on your plate. To address the nutritional deficiencies in today’s commercially-grown produce, we set out to create a farm-to-table meal delivery service that goes beyond organic, restoring food to its natural state so you can support your health according to principals outlined in The Longevity Diet.

Our meals are free of Dairy, Eggs, Peanuts, and Gluten. Our Vegan meals are free of Fish and Shellfish. 

If there is a top 8 allergen (Dairy, Eggs, Fish, Peanuts, Shellfish, Soy, Tree Nuts) included in a meal, it will be noted in the nutrition information.

Currently, all chef curated meal plans are shipped out on Tuesday's. If you have placed your order before Wednesday 11:59 PM EST, your order will ship on the following Tuesday with an arrival date of Wednesday. Timing of delivery depends on your location.

If you have placed your order after 11:59 PM EST Wednesday, your order will ship the next Tuesday.

Each week we have a rotating menu, meaning you select your farm fresh meals every week to be delivered.

Don't worry we'll send you email reminders to log into your account and make these changes. You will be able to switch out the same number of meals as your initial order.

Life happens, we get it. If you forget to swap out your weekly meals, we will do our best to provide you with a complimentary item the next week

For example, if you order 9 vegan salads, we'll send 9 vegan salads your way. If there is ever a question we always default to vegan menu options as they have no seafood allergens.

You can log in to your account at anytime and skip, pause, or cancel your subscription order.

Remember: These changes must be completed before Wednesday 11:59 PM EST to reflect your next shipment. If it is past this cut-off and you need to make a change, contact us so we can assist.
