Heating Instructions:

1. Place jackfruit and green beans in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add 1-2 tbsp. water. Add potato salad as well if preferred warm, can be eaten cold or hot.
2. Heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
3. Serve with cornbread and enjoy!

1. Remove plastic from meal. Add 1-2 tbsp. water. Remove potato salad and muffin if preferred cold.
2. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring as needed.
3. Serve and enjoy!
