Heating Instructions:

Stove Top:

  1. Place meal in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add 1-2 tbsp. water
  2. Sauté fish separately over medium heat. Cook 1-2 minutes per side until heated through.
  3. Heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally 
  4. Plate and enjoy!

Microwave:

  1. Remove plastic from meal. Add 1-2 tbsp. water. 
  2. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring as needed
  3. Remove and let sit for 1 minute. Enjoy!
