Heating Instructions:

- Place meal in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add 1-2 tbsp. water
- Sauté fish separately over medium heat. Cook 1-2 minutes per side until heated through.
- Heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Plate and enjoy!
Microwave:
- Remove plastic from meal. Add 1-2 tbsp. water.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes. Continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring as needed
