Our Lower Carbohydrate Meal Plan is perfect for those that want a slightly lower carb-count without sacrificing all the great flavor of N4L meals! This offering is ideal for those monitoring their blood sugar or who prefer less starchy carbohydrates in their meals.

Nutrition for Longevity™ was founded on the passionate belief that a long, healthy life begins with what’s on your plate. To address the nutritional deficiencies in today’s commercially-grown produce, we set out to create a farm-to-table meal delivery service that goes beyond organic, restoring food to its natural state so you can support your health according to principals outlined in The Longevity Diet.

Professor Valter Longo, Director of the Longevity Institute at the University of Southern California and author of The Longevity Diet, has unveiled the dietary secrets supporting long and graceful aging. His research focused on understanding cell interaction with nutrition in the diets of people over age 100.

His work culminated with a program he calls the Longevity Diet, a plant-based diet which includes small portions of sea food periodically as source of protein (pescatarian) and fasting a few times a year.

Our meals all start with non-GMO, certified organic or all-natural seeds from specialty suppliers, personally vetted by us to ensure you’re getting the purest food possible. We track and monitor every batch, so we know when, where and how your food was grown. Many of our seeds are the same varieties grown in Centenarian Hot Spots so we can truly bring these healthy foods to your table.

Our meal kits are free of Dairy, Eggs, Peanuts, and Gluten. Our Vegan meal kits are free of Fish and Shellfish.  If there is a top 8 allergen (Dairy, Eggs, Fish, Peanuts, Shellfish, Soy, Tree Nuts) included in a meal, it will be noted in the nutrition information.

Currently, all chef curated meal plans are shipped out on Tuesday's. If you have placed your order before Wednesday at 11:59 PM EST, your order will ship on the following Tuesday with an arrival date of Wednesday or Thursday depending on your location.

If you have placed your order after Wednesday at 11:59 PM EST, your order will ship the next week.

We have carefully designed sustainable packaging that has a minimal impact on the environment while working hard to ensure your box arrives with all ingredients at the appropriate temperature. Our boxes contain ice packs and a specially designed thermal liner that allows us to maintain a desired temperature for 35 hours from shipping. This packaging is regularly tested across various temperature zones and seasons. This may require adjustments to packaging as the season progresses. We advise that you place all perishable items in the refrigerator immediately upon delivery due to the perishable nature of this food.

Skipping or changing a delivery is an option as long as that change has been made by 4:00pm EST, 2 business days prior to shipment. This can be done by e-mailing us at customerservice@nutritionforlongevity.com. or by logging into your account and selecting to skip/or cancel a delivery.
