1. Place meal in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add 1-2 tbsp. water. 2. Heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally 3. Sauté fish separately over medium heat. Cook 1-2 minutes per side until heated through. 4. Plate and enjoy!
Microwave: 1. Remove plastic from meal. Add 1-2 tbsp. water. 2. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Continue heating in 30-second intervals, stirring as needed. 3.Plate and enjoy!
