Garlic & Basil Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can of white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 5 large basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- Black pepper to taste
- Water to thin if needed
Instructions
- In a food processor, add in all of the ingredients, white beans, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic, basil. Mix the ingredients until they become chopped up, then add in the 3 Tablespoons of olive oil and continue mixing until creamy.
- If the mixture becomes too thick, add in the extra water until it becomes thin.
