That’s why we have expanded our menu offerings to reach a wider variety of social and cultural preferences. In addition to meals inspired by the Longevity Diet, we have added some lower carb and comfort foods to our menu.
Our founding plan
The Longevity Diet
Professor Valter Longo, Director of the Longevity Institute at the University of Southern California and author of The Longevity Diet, has unveiled the dietary secrets supporting long and graceful aging.
His work culminated with a program he calls the Longevity Diet, a plant-based diet which includes small portions of seafood periodically as source of protein (pescatarian) and fasting a few times a year.
Longevity Diet meals are formulated from decades of research in the areas of the world where people live longest.

Comfort foods can be a source of happiness and connection and we believe these foods should be enjoyed without sabotaging your health. That's why we sought out to create comfort dishes that not only provide pleasure and enjoyment, but offer beneficial nutrients such as fiber and lean protein to help keep your health on track.

Whole food, anti-inflammatory diets, such as the Longevity Diet can support healthy hormone production and promote ovarian longevity. We've also added lower carb meals to this lineup for those with insulin resistance.

Heart Health
Whole food, plant-forward, anti-inflammatory diets, such as our Heart Healthy meals can support healthy metabolism and reduce the risk of certain illnesses.
Choose 10 or 15 meals that contain <500mg sodium and <10% sat fat of calories per meal.

While we expand our menu offerings, our promise is to continue offering allergen-friendly meals. We have designated a kitchen that is free from gluten, dairy, pork, and shellfish.
