Each day will consist of Chef curated plans — Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and snack that are formulated down to the macronutrient to give you optimal nutrition, and promote health and longevity - all backed by decades of research.

Now comes the best part, enjoy your meals! (Instagramming is optional.) And when you’re finished with the packaging, put it in soil or the sea so nature can re-use it as it sees fit. Tip: Breakfast & Lunch are ready to eat. Dinner can be prepared in 30 min or less.

Each day features a ready-to-eat breakfast and lunch, and an easy-to-cook dinner with a recipe card to guide you through making your artisan meal.
