Pickled Red Onions
Ingredients:
- 1 red onion, chopped
- White wine vinegar, 1/3 cup
- Water, 2/3 cup
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Thinly slice the onions and place them into a jar, add in the vinegar until it is about 1/3 full.
- Fill the rest of the jar with the water, then add in the salt and sugar. Add a lid onto the jar and shake well.
- Let it sit in the fridge for about an 1 hour for best results.
- Can stay in the fridge for about 1 week.
