It's Mocktail Time!

Are you looking for a quick non-alcoholic beverage to cool off with this summer? Try these three refreshing mocktail recipes!
Cucumber Ginger Mint Mocktail:
Ingredients:
  • 2 large cucumbers, chopped
  • 4 cups of water
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 piece of ginger, grated

How to Prepare:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Place a strainer over a pitcher and pour the liquid through to remove any clumps.
  • Serve with more fresh mint and cucumber and enjoy!

Watermelon & Lime Mocktail:

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole watermelon, chopped
  • 2 whole limes, juiced
  • 2 cups of soda water
  • 1 tablespoon of white sugar or honey
  • About 10 mint leaves.

How to Prepare:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour liquid into a pitcher and add more soda water if preferred thinner consistency. 
  • Garnish with mint and lime, serve and enjoy!

Blackberry Lemon Mocktail:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of blackberries
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 cup of sugar or honey
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 container of seltzer 
  • Mint for garnish

How to Prepare:

  • Add blackberries into a saucepan over medium heat and smash them until they are all mashed.
  • Add the water, lemon and sugar and bring the pot to a simmer.
  • Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Strain the liquid into a pitcher and let cool in the refrigerator.
  • Once cooled, serve over ice and add in seltzer and garnish, enjoy!
