SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
When you make a purchase on the site, such as a subscription or Gift Card, your payment information, order number and email address is collected by our third-party payment processor in order to process your transaction. The information collected includes your payment card number, CVV and expiration month, in addition to your name and billing address. If you purchase a subscription, our third-party payment processor stores your information in order to process scheduled payments.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

SECTION 5 – ACCOUNT SIGN-UP
This information is used for your registration, identification, to activate and manage your account. We also use this information to create your profile and respond to requests and inquiries you may have regarding our site and services. We also use this information to communicate with you about deliveries and your account status ad o send you promotional information about Nutrition for Longevity and our partner organizations.
SECTION 6 – CONTACTS AND INQUIRIES
When you contact us, file a complaint or place in inquiry in the Contact Us, Inquiries, or Complaints forms, we collect your name and email address in order to respond to you and to send you promotional emails or follow-up responses to resolve the situation.
SECTION 7 – GIFT CARDS AND REFERALS
If you purchase a Gift Card, we collect your name and email address and the name and email address of the person receiving the Gift Card in order to send the Gift Card. In order to redeem the Gift Card, the gift recipient must Sign Up for an account on the Site and provide the requested PII.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
