Shipment Day: We ship products Tuesday each week to allow for more affordable shipping rates and service. 

If you have any questions about shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department by email at or dial 1-833-Nutri4L (688-7445). For subscription orders your meal kit will be shipped on the same day each the week and will continue until your subscription ends or your account is adjusted.

These subscriptions are continuous per the Term set in specific selected subscription until cancelled by you. Meal Plan subscriptions are continuous, which means they will be charged weekly and delivered on a Tuesday unless and until you affirmatively cancel or suspend your subscription, or if the terms of the subscription expire.  The only exception to a Tuesday ship date is when there is a nationally recognized holiday that occurs on a Tuesday.

When you register for a meal subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Nutrition for Longevity, or our third-party payment processor, is authorized to charge you on a weekly basis for your meal subscription (in addition to applicable taxes, shipping and other fees) for as long as the subscription continues, or until you cancel it or we suspend it or stop providing access to the Site or Products in accordance with these terms. You may skip your weekly order by managing your subscription section in your account settings.

You are solely responsible for thoroughly inspecting your meal kit ingredients you receive for damage, defects, or freshness issues upon receipt. You should inspect that your deliver arrives in a cool, refrigerated condition. You must refrigerate your meal kits immediately upon receipt and inspection completion.

If you are not available, or not home when your order arrives, the box will be left at your shipping location. The ingredients are insulated with cool packs and special thermal lining to maintain required temperatures to keep them temperature-safe for several hours after delivery. If the delivery cannot be safely left at your shipping address, you are responsible for making alternate arrangements 3 days prior to delivery. If these are temporary alternations you can change your delivery instructions in your account as needed. You are responsible for immediately refrigerating your meals upon receipt and storing them properly after receipt but prior to consumption.
