We currently deliver within the continental United States. We are looking to expand in the near future to include Alaska and Hawaii.

Effective 3/11/24 We ship our meals on Wednesdays via 2 day ground shipping. If you place an order before Tuesday at 11:59 PM EST, you can expect your meal kit to ship the following week. If your order is placed after that time you can expect delivery the subsequent week. Once you are enrolled in a subscription you can expect a delivery weekly. Exact shipping times are dictated by your local carrier. For shipping details, see our Shipping Policy page.

You can choose from a variety of meals from our Pick Your Own plan or KetoFLEX 12/3 Pick Your Own Plan.

All meal choices will need to be selected by Tuesday 11:59pm EST from your account the week prior to delivery.

*Note at times a substitution may be made based on availability of ingredients

More than 1 subscription can be active at the same time if more meals are desired or if multiple household members consume our meals.

At this time, our smallest meal kit offers 10 meals. You may also reach out to customer service to adjust your shipping schedule to every other week.

We have carefully designed sustainable packaging to ensure your box arrives with all ingredients at the appropriate temperature. Our boxes contain ice packs and a specially designed thermal liner that allows us to maintain a desired temperature during shipping. This packaging is regularly tested across various temperature zones and seasons. This may require adjustments to packaging as the season progresses.

Boxes are delivered within 24-48 hours of shipment. We advise that you place all perishable items in the refrigerator immediately upon delivery due to the perishable nature of this food.

Here's how to dispose of each part of the Nutrition for Longevity box:

Food Container: Please place at curbside recycling or take to a recycle center.

Ice Packs: Refreeze and reuse as needed to keep perishables cold. To recycle - Cut open gel pack along the top seal. Discard contents in the trash, rinse plastic and recycle in a receptacle.

Insulation Liners: liners inside the box are made from food-safe reused clothing and can be recycled.

Delivery Box: made of recycled cardboard which can be left with your other household recyclables.

Salad Dressing Packets: please discard it in accordance with your local town recycling guidelines.

Meals can be kept in the freezer, however, we suggest storing them in the refrigerator to ensure the best quality. If you are unable to consume the meals by the expiration date, store them in the freezer within 3-4 days of receipt; please, be sure to thaw overnight in the refrigerator before heating. Do not refreeze any foods left outside the refrigerator longer than 2 hours or 1 hour in temperatures above 90 °F.

Instructions to select your meals

  1. Log onto your account
  2. Manage account/subscription
  3. Click on VIEW UPCOMING ORDER
  4. Click on VIEW & EDIT MEALS.
  5. Select EDIT MEALS, then CHANGE PRODUCT next to the meal you would like to swap with another menu item.

Once your meals have been selected click on SAVE below
the meal list.

All cancelations must be made by 4 PM EST Tuesday the week prior to the ship date.

Skipping a delivery is an option as long as that change has been made before Tuesday at 11:59 PM EST in your online account. This can be done in your account management. You can also call customer service at (973) 970-9063 or email us before 4pm EST Tuesday at customerservice@nutritionforlongevity.com

Please note our customer service specialists are available Monday-Friday 8-4pm EST.

Cancellations must be made prior to your subscription being recharged. Cancelling a subscription before being charged will result in no further deliveries. Cancelling a subscription after being charged will result in one final delivery, but no subsequent delivery.  If you contact customer service after being recharged, you will still be responsible for the final payment.

If you’d like to change the type of meal kit you are receiving, you will have to “swap” the product prior to your charge date. If it is after your charge date and an order exists in our system, we can only change your next delivery to the meal kit of your choosing.

Please note: Menus and ingredients are subject to change. As with any kitchen, ingredient availability can be uncertain, necessitating the use of substitute options with comparable nutritional value.

We take great pride in sourcing our products from specialty suppliers to ensure you're getting the purest food possible. We use organic ingredients as much as possible and all meals are gluten-free, non-GMO and without artificial ingredients.

Ingredient lists and nutrition facts for each meal can be found here and all organic ingredients are denoted with *.

We recently expanded our menu, but continue to offer meals free from dairy, eggs, peanuts, shellfish and gluten. If soy, fish, or tree nuts are included in a meal, it will be noted in the nutrition information.

Our standard meal kids have a carbohydrate range of 55-65g of carbs per meal.

Aligned with The Longevity Diet, carbohydrates are necessary for the body to properly function and are your brain’s preferred energy source!

Most of the carbohydrates featured in our meals come from vegetables, legumes, beans, lentils and gluten free grains.
Both plans are designed to meet fiber needs for the day, while offering a lower glycemic load to help keep blood sugars stable.

If you prefer lower carb meals, we offer Keto (30 grams or less per meal) in our KetoFLEX 12/3 plan.

Our meals contain 650 mg or less which align with USDA Dietary Guidelines for Americans of 2300mg/day for heart health.

There are many factors that play into weight loss aside from food, including chronic disease, stress, sleep, and activity level. While we cannot guarantee weight loss, many of our customers experience weight loss with our portion-controlled, high fiber, macro-balanced meals.

We follow the Longevity Diet, which is low to moderate
protein 10-20%.  We recommend reviewing the nutrition facts to choose meals higher in protein to
meet your individual needs.
