Coffee You'll love
Pure Ingredients
This coffee is minimally processed to retain high concentration of the health promoting polyphenols Chlorogenic acids while maintaining an incredible flavor and smooth texture. This coffee is made using only the highest-grade green coffee beans (top 1% in market), which are laboratory tested to ensure they meet our quality standards and are mycotoxin free.
All about the beans
These beans are organically grown at altitude using sustainable farming practices. Our roasting process is also carefully designed to reduce the level of Acrylamides that naturally build up in coffee beans, to achieve the lowest levels in the industry, while also providing no PAHs which are harmful chemicals that can build up through imprecise roasting or burning that occurs widely in today’s coffee bean market. This gentle process also preserves the beneficial antioxidants in the coffee. This is important because coffee has been shown to have very high antioxidant content when not over processed.
Our beans rate #1 among certified organic coffee brands when it comes to taste. While health is always the priority, the conscious processes that are followed from growing, bean selection, harvesting and roasting also provide a superior taste profile that is smooth, fragrant, and robust.
With a nutty cocoa flavor and undertones of black tea and Jasmine, each sip is a pleasant experience even for those that are not as accustom to a robust black coffee. A coffee to savor for its richness and also its healthful properties.
Ethical & Ecological
This organic coffee has been produced by following approved methods of agriculture and handling. These methods integrate cultural, biological, and mechanical practices, including cycling of resources, promoting ecological balance, and conserving biodiversity. We not only care about the health of our coffee — we care about the health of the people who produce it and the environment in which it is grown. Sustainable agriculture is “an integrated system of plant and animal production practices that will last over the long term”.
These integrated practices include:
» Satisfying human food needs
» Enhancing environmental quality and the natural resource base upon which the agricultural economy depends
» Making the most efficient use of non-renewable resources and on-farm resources to integrate, where appropriate, natural biological cycles and controls
» Sustaining the economic viability of farm operations
» Enhancing the quality of life for farmers and society as a whole
