Chocolate Brownie Date Balls

Ingredients:

  • 10 medjool dates, pitted
  • 3/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, add the walnuts in and processor until they become chopped. Add into a small bowl and save for later.
  2. Next, add in the pumpkin puree, dates, salt, vanilla extract, cocoa powder and process all together until it becomes smooth.
  3. Scoop out some of the mixture and roll into a small golf ball size, continue until all the mixture is gone. 
  4. Roll each ball in the crushed walnuts. 
  5. Serve immediately or freeze.
  6. Enjoy!
