Lean Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh spinach
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh kale
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • ½ cup coconut milk or non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup spring water
  • 3 tablespoon Lean Green Brain Boost Blend

Instructions:

In a blender, start by adding all of your ingredients to the pitcher and putting the lid on. Then, use 1 hand to hold the lid down so it doesn’t come off when you’re blending everything inside. When you’re ready, press the appropriate button and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
