Lean Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen or fresh spinach
- ½ cup frozen or fresh kale
- ½ cup frozen or fresh pineapple
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- ½ cup coconut milk or non-dairy milk
- ½ cup spring water
- 3 tablespoon Lean Green Brain Boost Blend
Instructions:
In a blender, start by adding all of your ingredients to the pitcher and putting the lid on. Then, use 1 hand to hold the lid down so it doesn’t come off when you’re blending everything inside. When you’re ready, press the appropriate button and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
