What a difference a few days, weeks, or months can make. No matter where you are in the world, the development of COVID-19 has undoubtedly impacted you, your friends, and family’s’ mindset, daily lives, as well as how you are spending your time and focusing your priorities. This time can also bring a lot of confusion, so we want you to know we are here for you if you need support during this period. During this period of risk and uncertainty, one thing is certain: your wellness is important. Here are some practical tips for you to consider providing:

  1. FEED YOUR HEALTH: Eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables: indeed, fruits and vegetables contain many critical vitamins and enrich your gut microbiome which is important for your immune function.   5. MOVE YOUR BODY: Exercise, even while you're at home: this is especially for general good health, blood circulation, and maintaining healthy weight. There are many wonderful at-home workouts available on the internet. We also love the practice of meditation which can provide tremendous benefit and relief. Try AM or PM meditations for a quick break.   6.
