Vegan Salad Dressings
These three creamy salad dressings are an easy and healthy alternative to store-bought brands and are also completely vegan!

Vegan Ranch Dressing:
Ingredients:
- ½ cup unsalted raw cashews
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon N4L Imported Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon spicy brown mustard
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- ¼ teaspoon dried dill
Instructions:
1. Put the unsalted raw cashews into your blender and blend for a few seconds to grind them into a powder.
2. Add in the N4L imported olive oil, water, lemon juice, mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt, and blend until smooth. The mixture should be smooth and not lumpy, continue to blend if lumps still appear.
3. Add in the chives, dill, and parsley, then blend briefly. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed for preference.
4. Seal the dressing in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. It will become thick while sitting in the fridge and the flavors will develop. You can store this dressing in the fridge for up to a week. Shake dressing before each use for best flavor.
Vegan Lemon Tahini Dressing:
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons raw tahini
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender on high-speed and blend until smooth.
2. Adjust seasonings to your preference, the consistency will thicken as it sits.
3. Seal dressing in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to a week. Shake dressing before each use for best flavor.
Vegan Avocado Cilantro Dressing:
Ingredients:
- ½ avocado
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- ¾ cup water
- 1 tablespoon N4L Imported Olive Oil
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender on high-speed and blend until smooth.
2. Adjust seasonings to your preference.
3. Seal dressing in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days. Shake dressing before each use for best flavor.
