Pistachio Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 cup roasted pistachios
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325 F.
- Pulse the pistachios in a food processor until it makes a fine powder.
- Add the butter in and pulse until combined.
- Add in the milk, eggs and vanilla and pulse until combined.
- Next, add in the baking powder, all-purpose flour, salt and cornstarch and pulse until combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan with parchment paper and bake for an hour.
- Once it is done, remove from the oven and allow to cool in the pan. Once it is cooled, transfer to a cooling rack.
- Serve and enjoy!
