Almond Butter Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2-4 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 3/4 cups almond butter 
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together the cocoa powder, coconut oil, maple syrup and salt.
  2. Fill muffin tins with paper liners and pour small amounts of the chocolate mixture, about 1-2 Tablespoons, into the paper cups. After, drop a small spoonful of almond butter into the center of each cup.
  3. Sprinkle each cup with some salt and freeze them for about an hour or until they become solid.
  4. Enjoy!!
