No Bake Granola Bars

No Bake Granola Bars


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup quinoa, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup sunflower butter
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds 

For Chocolate Drizzle:

  • 2 Tablespoons dark chocolate 
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil


  1. Preheat the to 325 F. On a large baking sheet, add the quinoa, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and oats and spread around evenly. Toast this mixture in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Once it is finished, set aside for later.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, add the vanilla, honey, cinnamon, sunflower butter, and salt. Stir until it become a smooth and creamy texture.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Next, add in the mixture that was toasted in the oven, the quinoa, oats, seeds etc. Stir well to evenly mix.
  4. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and add the mixture into it, spread it out evenly across the pan and press down firmly.
  5. In the microwave, add the chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl and microwave for 20 seconds and drizzle over the pan with the bars in it.
  6. Add the pan into the freezer for 30 minutes, until the chocolate hardens. Remove from the pan and cut into bars.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
