Pickled Red Onions

Ingredients:

  • 1 red onion, chopped 
  • White wine vinegar, 1/3 cup
  • Water, 2/3 cup
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Thinly slice the onions and place them into a jar, add in the vinegar until it is about 1/3 full.
  2. Fill the rest of the jar with the water, then add in the salt and sugar. Add a lid onto the jar and shake well.
  3. Let it sit in the fridge for about an 1 hour for best results.
  4. Can stay in the fridge for about 1 week.
  5. Enjoy!
