Chocolate Zucchini Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 medium zucchini, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 4 soft medjool dates, no pit
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- Handful of ice
- Optional toppings, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, almond slices
Instructions:
- In a blender, add the zucchini, dates, almond butter, vanilla, milk, cocoa powder, and nutmeg. Once blended, add in the ice and blend again.
- Add the smoothie to glasses and drizzle with extra almond butter, top with choice of toppings, coconut, chocolate chips, almond slices, almond butter, etc.
- Serve and enjoy!
