Cinnamon Roll Mug Cake

Ingredients:

Cake:

  • 4 Tablespoons all-purpose flour 
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 3 teaspoons coconut sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons milk of choice
  • 1/2 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • Pinch of salt

Cinnamon Swirl Ingredients:

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions:

  1. Add the cake ingredients into an 8 oz. microwave safe mug or dish and whisk together until there are no clumps.
  2. For the cinnamon swirl, stir together the melted butter, 1 1/2 Tablespoons brown sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
  3. Pour the cinnamon swirl mixture on top of the cake mix and fold it into the cake mixture.
  4. Microwave the cake for 1 minute or until the center is cooked through.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
