Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whip the egg whites, sugar, and cream of tartar until it becomes a meringue, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Fold in the coconut and corn flake crumbs.
  4. Drop each spoonful onto the lined baking sheets.
  5. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until they become golden.
  6. Let cool for about 10 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
