Mushroom Toast
Ingredients
- 5 baby bella mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon cream cheese
- 1 slice sour dough bread
- 1 teaspoon zaatar seasoning
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms with the garlic, olive oil, and salt for 8 to 10 minutes.
- On the toasted sour dough, add the cream cheese, mushrooms, zaatar seasoning, salt to taste. Serve with runny egg if desired!
- Serve and enjoy!
