Ingredients

  • 5 baby bella mushrooms 
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 slice sour dough bread
  • 1 teaspoon zaatar seasoning 
  • Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms with the garlic, olive oil, and salt for 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. On the toasted sour dough, add the cream cheese, mushrooms, zaatar seasoning, salt to taste. Serve with runny egg if desired!
  3. Serve and enjoy!
