No Oil Salad Dressing

Most people love ranch dressing for their salads or used as a dipping sauce. Here is a vegan and no oil version!
No Oil Vegan Ranch Dressing:
-1 cup filtered water
-1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
-1 1/4 cups soaked cashews (soak cashews in water overnight)
-1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
-1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon dried dill
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon dries basil
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
-Optional: Add 1 teaspoon hot sauce to make buffalo ranch
-Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add water if it gets too thick, try not to over blend mixture.
