Shamrock Shake
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup milk of choice
- 1/3 cup avocado, sliced
- 3/4 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions:

Pour the milk, frozen yogurt, avocado, maple syrup, mint extract and ice into your blender.

Blend for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is thick and icy.

Pour into two glasses, and serve.
