Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/3 cup avocado, sliced
  • 3/4 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon mint extract
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Pour the milk, frozen yogurt, avocado, maple syrup, mint extract and ice into your blender.
  2. Blend for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is thick and icy.
  3. Pour into two glasses, and serve.
  4. Enjoy!
