Spinach, Feta & Chicken Wrap
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest, grated
- 1 Tablespoon oregano, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups chicken, shredded
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 4 (10-inch) tortillas
Instructions:
- Stir together the feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, lemon zest, oregano, black pepper, red pepper flakes until it becomes smooth. Fold in the shredded chicken, coating evenly.
- Place 1 cup of spinach and about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture in the center of the tortillas. Fold the sides and edges over the center until it is all rolled up. Slice in half.
- Serve and enjoy!
