Egg White Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1 Tablespoon feta cheese
  • 1 slice of turkey bacon
  • 2 teaspoon cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 Tablespoon sundried tomatoes
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 teaspoon sour cream for topping
  • 1 whole wrap of choice

Instructions:

  1. Spray a pan with cooking spray and add the garlic into the pan. Add in all of the chopped veggies and sauté for a couple of minutes until they become soft, then add in the turkey bacon to cook through.
  2. Add in the spinach and let it cook until it becomes wilted.
  3. Add the egg whites over top of the veggies and add some salt and pepper, scramble them until they are fluffy. Add into the wrap and top with sundried tomatoes, avocado and sour cream.
  4. Roll the wrap into a burrito. trying not to let it tear. Grill the wrap on the pan until it is nice and toasted.
  5. Serve with more sour cream, sriracha, salsa, etc. and enjoy!
