Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup zucchini, grated
- 1/3 cup oats, old fashioned are better
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon almond milk
- 1 teaspoon mini chocolate chips
- Salt, pinch
- Stevia, pinch
Instructions:
- In a microwave safe dish, add all of the ingredients and mix together. Microwave it for about 2 minutes, then stir and microwave for another 2 minutes.
- Top with your favorite toppings (chocolate chips, banana, milk, almond butter, etc.)
- Enjoy!
