Tomato Basil Chicken Wrap
Ingredients:
- Wrap of choice
- 2 to 3 Tablespoons of marinara sauce
- 3 Tablespoons pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 3 ounces chicken breast
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- Basil
- Handful of arugula
- Sour cream to top
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat a skillet over medium to high heat, spray the skillet with non stick spray then add in the halved cherry tomatoes with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook them for about one to two minutes.
- Once the tomatoes are cooked, remove from the skillet and add in the chicken breast. Cook the chicken until it is fully cooked through and reaches 165 F.
- Chop up the basil very finely and mix with the marinara sauce.
- Lay out your wrap of choice and add in the arugula to the bottom, top with cherry tomatoes, chicken, pepper jack cheese, basil marinara sauce, and sour cream. Close the wrap as tightly as possible.
- Serve and enjoy!
