Chopped Salad with Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 slice turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 an avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup apples, diced
- 2 Tablespoon roasted corn
- 3.5 ounces of grilled chicken
- Fresh basil and parsley to top, chopped
- Balsamic Vinaigrette (2 Tablespoons maple syrup, 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 3/4 cup olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, minced)
Instructions:
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon and chicken until it is fully cooked through and reaches 165 F.
- In a bowl add the lettuce to the bottom and top with blue cheese, corn, avocado, cherry tomatoes, crumbled turkey bacon, chicken, apples, basil, parsley and then drizzle on the balsamic vinaigrette, then toss it all together!
- Serve and enjoy!
