Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup shredded apple
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg and salt
  • Optional Toppings: Walnuts, Apples, Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. In a mason jar, combine the oats, almond milk, shredded apples, vanilla extract, maple syrup, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Mix together until it is well combined. 
  2. Cover mason jar tightly with lid or plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator overnight. 
  3. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
