Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 cup shredded apple
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg and salt
- Optional Toppings: Walnuts, Apples, Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- In a mason jar, combine the oats, almond milk, shredded apples, vanilla extract, maple syrup, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Mix together until it is well combined.
- Cover mason jar tightly with lid or plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator overnight.
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
