Hot Honey Salmon

Ingredients:

Salmon:

  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1-2 lbs. wild caught salmon fillets

Optional Extras for Serving:

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • Lemon wedges
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Make the sauce: Preheat the oven to 400 F. Add all of the ingredients into a bowl, combine and set aside.
  2. Bake Salmon: Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Place the salmon fillets skin side down. Brush the sauce onto the salmon, evenly coated. Bake the fillets for about 10 minutes, depending on how you like your salmon cooked.
  3. Serve: Add the salmon over top of the mixed greens or eat with sides of your choice.
  4. Enjoy!
