Ingredients:
- 2 medium heads of cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with olive oil spray.
- Wash the heads of cauliflower and remove the stems and leaves. Then slice the cauliflower into 3/4 - inch thick slices.
- Lay the cauliflower heads onto the baking sheet in a single layer, then spray the tops of them with the olive oil spray and sprinkle on all of the seasonings.
- Add the baking sheet into the oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Once cooked, remove them from the oven and carefully flip them over to the other side, then spray with more oil and remaining spices.
- Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake them until they become browned, about 15 more minutes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
